Q: How do I determine what size hairbrush is right for me?
A: Parlay hairbrushes are available in 4 sizes. The size guidelines are as follows:
To Curl or Straighten hair
Small (11/2") - shoulder length hair (or shorter)
Medium (2") - hair below the shoulder blade (or shorter)
To Straighten or Add Volume (no Curls)
Large (2 1/4") - hair down to the mid-back (or shorter)
Ex. Large (2 3/4") - hair to the waist (or shorter)
It may help to know that approximately 50% of our sales are for small and 35% of our sales are for medium size hairbrushes. If you are still uncertain about what size to order, please email us and we'd be happy to assist you. Please remember to tell us what length, type of hair and the look you would like to achieve.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal Express Checkout (please visit www.paypal.com for more detailed information). PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online.
Q. How are the orders shipped and what are the shipping rates?
A. We ship our products via US Parcel Post. It is a flat fee of $3.00.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receipt. It will take approximately 2 to 8 days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays) to receive your order.
Q. Can I expedite my order?
A. Yes, you can receive your order in 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail for $10. Please email us with this request and we will make all necessary arrangements.
Q. Can you accept international orders?
A. Sorry, not at this time.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN) and simply send the item back to us within 14 days after you received the item for a full refund. The item must be returned via the original carrier with the packing slip and all original packaging material.
